The Revyvor Foundation — What This Platform Actually Does

Revyvor is a connection platform.

Producers pay for access to our matching and guarantee service — not for reviews. Revyvors voluntarily share their genuine personal opinions and receive Vyb tokens as appreciation for their time and attention — not as payment for any specific outcome, rating, or sentiment.

No positive review is guaranteed, implied, or possible to purchase on this Platform. The 6-day window guarantees a response from a real human being. It does not guarantee a favorable one.

This distinction is not fine print. It is the entire foundation of what Revyvor is.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: name, email address, display name, profile biography, genre preferences, account settings.

Activity Data: campaigns, reviews, Drop Box activity, Wall posts, messages, tier level.

Payment Information: transaction amounts and dates. We do not collect or store payment card details.

Payout Information: PayPal and/or Wise account emails provided by Revyvors for payout processing only.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account.
  • To match Producers with Revyvors by taste and genre.
  • To process payments via Stripe.
  • To process payouts via PayPal and Wise.
  • To communicate about your account and transactions.
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and community standards.
  • To improve and develop the Platform.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising or third-party marketing of any kind.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe handles all payment card data. We receive payment confirmation only — never your card details.

Payouts are processed via PayPal and/or Wise using the account email you provide. That information is used solely for withdrawal processing.

4. Third-Party Services

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only:

  • With Stripe, PayPal, and Wise to complete transactions.
  • With Supabase to operate the Platform infrastructure.
  • When required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • To protect the rights or safety of the Platform or its users.

6. Data Security

We implement TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted database storage, and secure credential management. No electronic transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security beyond our reasonable control.

7. Data Retention

Account data retained while your account is active.

Financial records retained for 7 years for legal compliance.

Legal retention records cannot be deleted.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

We use only essential cookies for Platform operation, authentication, and security. No advertising or behavioral tracking cookies are used.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us immediately at revyvor.com/contact if you believe a child has provided personal information.

11. International Users

The Platform is operated from the United States. If you access from outside the US, your data may be processed in the US where data protection laws may differ. By using the Platform you consent to this transfer.

12. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of material changes 30 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
