Terms of Service

Revyvor is a connection platform built on the principle of communal reciprocity. We connect content producers — artists, musicians, and authors — with a global community of tastemakers ("Revyvors") who voluntarily engage with creative work and share their genuine opinions.

Revyvor operates within a gift economy model:

• Vyb tokens are digital appreciation credits used within the Platform to acknowledge the time and genuine attention of Revyvors.
• Reviews on Revyvor represent the freely given, honest personal opinions of community members.
• No guaranteed outcome, sentiment, score, or rating is offered, implied, or delivered by the Platform at any time.
• Revyvor serves as a conduit and catalyst for human connection — not a provider of commissioned testimonials, endorsements, or advertisements.

• Producer — a registered user who submits creative work for community engagement through the Platform.
• Revyvor — a registered community member who engages with creative content and shares their genuine personal opinion.
• Vyb Tokens — digital appreciation credits used within the Platform.
• Appreciation Package — a bundled service purchase including Vyb tokens and access to Platform matching and guarantee services.
• Dedicated Bond — a recurring monthly subscription connecting a Producer with a specific Revyvor for ongoing engagement.
• Open Drop Box — the Platform's default chronological queue where Revyvors may voluntarily claim engagement opportunities.
• Revyvor Wall — the free public discovery board where Producers may share content for voluntary community discovery.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Revyvor. By creating an account you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You have legal authority to enter into binding contracts.
• Your use of the Platform will not violate any applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials.

Vyb tokens are non-monetary digital appreciation credits internal to the Revyvor Platform. They:

• Have no monetary value outside the Platform.
• Are non-transferable between user accounts.
• Are used by Producers to initiate engagement requests.
• Are earned by Revyvors as appreciation for genuine engagement.
• May be withdrawn by Revyvors as cash upon reaching the minimum threshold of 15 Vybs ($15.00 USD).
• Expire 12 months from purchase date if unused by Producers.
• Do not expire for Revyvors with active accounts in good standing.

Vyb tokens are not currency, cryptocurrency, securities, or financial instruments of any kind.

When a Producer purchases an Appreciation Package or Vyb Token Pack, they are purchasing:

• Access to the Platform's matching and connection services.
• A guaranteed engagement attempt within 6 calendar days.
• An automatic Vyb token return if no Revyvor engages within the 6-day window.

No specific review outcome, rating, sentiment, score, or opinion is purchased, guaranteed, influenced, or implied. Revyvor expressly and categorically does not sell, arrange, or facilitate paid reviews, testimonials, endorsements, or advertisements of any kind.

By participating as a Revyvor, you agree to:

• Only engage with content you have genuinely and fully listened to, read, or watched using your own account.
• Share only your honest, genuine, personal opinion.
• Complete all accepted engagements within the 6-day window.
• Maintain quality standards consistent with your tier level.
• Never use automation, scripts, or third parties to complete or generate reviews.

Violations may result in account suspension, tier demotion, forfeiture of Vyb tokens, or permanent removal.

Once submitted, a review stands as the Revyvor's genuine personal opinion. Revyvor does not moderate, alter, censor, or influence opinion, tone, score, or rating.

A Producer may request reconsideration directly with the Revyvor within 3 calendar days of submission, solely on these grounds:

• A demonstrable factual error
• Defamation — a false statement of fact presented as true
• Libel — written false statements causing reputational harm
• A deliberately false claim that can be evidenced
• Content violating applicable law

The Revyvor retains full and final editorial authority. After 3 days the review is permanently locked.

Dedicated Bonds are recurring monthly subscriptions. Terms:

• Billed monthly via Stripe.
• Either party may cancel with 30 days notice via the Platform.
• No refund for the current billing period upon cancellation.
• 60% of each monthly payment is credited to the Revyvor as Vyb tokens upon payment confirmation.

All Producer payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By purchasing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store payment card details. All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Revyvors may withdraw earned Vyb tokens via PayPal or Wise.

• Minimum withdrawal: 15 Vybs ($15.00 USD).
• Payouts processed within 3 business days of approval.
• PayPal and Wise fees are borne by the recipient.
• All payouts are processed in USD.
• Payouts may be withheld pending investigation of violations.

You may not:

• Submit, purchase, or facilitate fake or artificial reviews.
• Use bots, scripts, or automation on the Platform.
• Create multiple accounts.
• Manipulate streaming or engagement metrics anywhere.
• Violate the Terms of Service of Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon, Goodreads, or any other platform.
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threats toward any user.
• Attempt to compromise Platform security or code.
• Submit or promote content involving religion, religious extremism or sectarian hatred.
• Submit or promote political propaganda or content designed to manipulate political opinion.
• Submit sexually explicit or exploitative content of any kind.
• Submit content depicting or glorifying graphic violence, gore, terrorism, or threats of violence.
• Submit content that discriminates against, demeans, or targets individuals or groups based on race, religion, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic.
• Submit content promoting hate speech or bigotry in any form.

All content submitted to Revyvor must be original creative work — music, literature, or visual art.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Reviews remain the intellectual property of the Revyvor. By submitting, the Revyvor grants Global Crossover LLC and the relevant Producer a non-exclusive license to display the review within the Platform.

The Revyvor name, logo, and all Platform content are the property of Global Crossover LLC.

Revyvor is a connection platform. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or tone of any review.
• The commercial outcome of any campaign.
• Disputes between Producers and Revyvors.
• Any third-party platform action resulting from Platform use.

We may suspend or terminate any account for Terms violations. Upon termination: unused Producer Vyb balances are refunded. Earned Revyvor balances are paid subject to thresholds and investigation clearance. Accounts terminated for cause may forfeit all balances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation, then submitted to binding arbitration in Virginia under American Arbitration Association rules. Class action participation is waived.

We may modify these Terms with 30 days notice via email or Platform notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
