Refund & Guarantee Policy

Every engagement request carries an unconditional 6-day guarantee. If a Revyvor does not submit their completed review within 6 calendar days of accepting a request, or if no Revyvor claims an Open Drop Box request within 6 calendar days:

• Vyb tokens allocated to that request are automatically returned to your account balance.
• No action is required from you. The return is automatic.
• Returned Vyb tokens are available immediately for reuse.

This guarantee applies to every request slot across all Appreciation Packages and Vyb token engagements.

Full cash refund available within 48 hours of purchase, provided no tokens from that purchase have been used.

After 48 hours, or after any tokens have been used, Vyb Token Pack purchases are non-refundable.

Unused tokens remain valid in your account for 12 months.

If you have not yet launched a campaign from your package:

• Full cash refund available within 48 hours of purchase.
• Contact us through revyvor.com/contact to request.

Once a campaign has been launched, the 6-day guarantee applies per request slot. Unfulfilled slots are automatically refunded in Vyb tokens. Cash refunds are not available for launched campaigns.

Cancel at any time through your Producer dashboard.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No cash refund for the current billing period.
• The Revyvor is notified immediately.
• Vyb tokens already credited to the Revyvor are retained.
• Your Bond access continues until the period ends.

We do not offer refunds based on review content, tone, rating, or sentiment. Revyvors gift their genuine personal opinion. A low rating or critical review does not constitute grounds for a refund under any circumstances.

For reviews containing defamatory or false content, use the Review Reconsideration process (within 3 days of submission) and contact us at revyvor.com/contact if legal grounds exist.

Approved cash refunds are processed to your original Stripe payment method.

Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer. You will receive confirmation when initiated.

Vyb token refunds are credited to your balance immediately.

No refund of any kind for:

• Completed and delivered reviews, regardless of content.
• Vyb Token Packs older than 48 hours from purchase.
• Vyb tokens that have been used, even partially.
• Retainer fees for billing periods that have commenced.
• Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms violations.
